Destination Tärnö offers overnight stays in various forms and price ranges. This beautiful archipelago idyll gives you a unique experience of a fantastic archipelago nature. The concept is based on sustainable tourism. Today, there is a great interest and awareness for the environment, locally produced products and sustainability, which contributes to more responsible tourism. The island is an important hub in ARK56 and offers great opportunities for hiking and swimming.

Tärnö is an island located in the outermost sea band and is the largest of the islands in the Hällaryd archipelago outside Karlshamn. From the island's highest point, "Drakaberget", you can see more than half of Blekinge's coast and the burrows in the mountain that the island's inhabitants in ancient times thought were marks of a dragon that lived there.

The island, which is also a nature reserve, has regular boat trips from Karlshamn and Matvik during the summer. The island offers great opportunities for hiking and swimming. Here is also Sweden's oldest wooden lighthouse that is still in operation. Take the opportunity to really experience archipelago life around Tärnö with a wonderful trip in a rowing boat, or why not try renting a fishing kayak.

Glamping tent
Three tents for two people and a family tent for four people. The price includes bed linen, bath towel, barbecue package (veg, meat or fish) and breakfast, if staying longer than one night includes lunch. The tents' locations offer a fantastic proximity to both the archipelago and the sea. Experience the feeling of peace and freedom that the nature provides, but with a large dose of convenience and comfort. In the tent you can fall asleep to the sound of waves under a lovely blanket and wake up to a tasty breakfast basket to be enjoyed at the terrace.
The tents are firmly mounted on a wooden deck with a small terrace. The tents are robust and sewn in 100% cotton canvas, they breathe and are weather resistant.

Cottage
Small camping cottages. Room: 1 + kitchenette. Size: 10 m2. Two bunk beds in two of the cottages (no 1 and 4) and a larger bed for two persons in the other two cottages (no 2 and 3). Two hobs, fridge and small freezer. Water from a water pump, 15 meter from the cottage. WC and shower in a separate building close to the cottages. Pets are allowed in cottage number 1.

Apartment
Two separate apartments in the house called "Lärarbostaden". Rooms in each apartment: 2 + kitchen. Size: 40 m2. One room with two beds. Living room with two beds. Kitchen with cold water, cooker, fridge, small freezer, microwave oven, WC. Shower in a separate buildning outside. Pets allowed in the left apartment.

Activities
If you are tired on lazy days and looking for an active holiday, you can rent equipment on Tärnö. Take the opportunity to really experience the archipelago life around Tärnö with a wonderful rowing trip or a trip with a fishing kayak. You can rent and pay on site or pre-book by sending a request.
