Welcome to one of Karlshamn's finest courtyards. Here you live centrally among Karlshamn's typical turn-of-the-century houses. The centre, train station and beach promenade are within 10 minutes walking distance.Two cosy apartments in their own wing, each with a small bedroom, TV room with sofa bed and private bathroom. Each apartment has a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. A small kitchen area and a washing machine and tumble dryer are shared by the residents. A cot or high chair is available to borrow. No pets are allowed.
Breakfast is included in the price and served in a cosy gallery, where you will also find books and games.
In summer, the peaceful and leafy garden invites you to rest and relax. There is also access to a barbecue. In the garden there is a furnished greenhouse available.
