Wine and Food fom Oceania

Havsvikens Restaurang welcomes you to a wine tasting on 28 March at 19.00 which will be conducted by Lars Nielsen.

Beskrivning

This time it is inspiration with Oceania theme. There will be 5 well selected wines from Australia and New Zealand offered through a three course menu.

Lars Nielsen is restaurant manager at Havsvikens Restaurang, also writes wine articles in the newspapers Succé and Kalmarposten and is best known for his work in the restaurant and in the wine cellar at Stufvenäs Gästgiveri 1994 to 2006 and 2010 to 2014. He has also worked outward to help restaurants with wine lists combined with their menus.

Starter:
New Zealand Green Mussels with chilli sauce, served with garlic bread

Main course:
Deer Picanha Tri Tip New Zealand, potato cake, roasted garlic gravy, spring primroses

Dessert:
Mango parfait with exotic fruit

Only 845:- per person.
Limited number of seats to 60 people.

For those of you who find it difficult to get to Dragsö, places are offered in a minibus and in a car from the water castle at Stortorget. First tour 18.30 and second tour 18.45, max 12 people/tour without any cost. Only car & bus place if you pre-registered to lars@havsviken.se. Return journey is at your own expense.
