A cozy summer café is included in the future plans
Here, sheep and lambs can be heard bleating in the distance. Together with horses, chickens, ducks and cats, they make up the farm Staxgård. We meet Frida, who runs the farm and the associated farm shop together with her partner. The farm shop was opened a year and a half ago and is now open every day of the week. The focus is charcuterie from the farm's lamb and the consistent "sheep theme" pervades the store. In addition to the charcuterie, there are many other delicacies and delights to buy. Among other things, homemade jam and marmalade, granola, berries, home-made ice cream, must and pastries.

Frida cooks everything from scratch using her own or locally produced and locally produced products. Something that has become a popular concept are the children's food courses that Frida holds at the farm. Together they prepare food made from scratch based on their own recipes. Both a fun, useful and cheap alternative where everyone is welcome to sign up.

The lamb trend seems to be coming back. The lamb charcuterie is sold in all its forms such as sausages, minced meat and cuts. The counter in the store is always well stocked and if you want a larger batch, you can order a "lamb box", a perfect option for those who want a little of everything.
Already today, Frida accepts orders for pastries, cakes, sandwich cakes, catering food and other delicacies. In the future, the idea is to be able to offer this type of service to a greater extent to both private individuals and business customers. The old garage on the farm has been completely renovated and will soon be a completed catering kitchen and bakery where Frida will stay and where all customers are welcome to pick up their orders.
Opening a summer cafe on the farm is something that Frida wishes to make a reality in the near future. A cozy cafe with lots of pastries and delicacies that can be enjoyed in the lovely garden near all the farm's animals.
